Job Description: Caregiver/CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant)
We are looking for a compassionate and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Caregiver/CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant). Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Monitor and assist with mobility, including transfers and use of mobility aids, ensuring the safety and dignity of clients.
Administer medications as instructed, keeping accurate records and maintaining compliance with care plans.
Provide companionship and emotional support, fostering a positive and comforting environment for clients.
Prepare and serve meals that adhere to specific dietary requirements and assist with feeding as needed.
Perform light housekeeping duties, such as cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a tidy living space.
Support clients with physical exercises and rehabilitative activities under guidance.
Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, care provided, and any noteworthy changes in condition.
Collaborate effectively with family members, healthcare providers, and team members to deliver holistic care.
Requirements and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; formal training as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is required.
A minimum of [X] months/years of experience in a Caregiver/CNA or related role is preferred.
Valid certification or license as a Certified Nursing Assistant in compliance with state regulations.
