Job Description: Caregiver/CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant)

We are looking for a compassionate and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Caregiver/CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant). Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

• Monitor and assist with mobility, including transfers and use of mobility aids, ensuring the safety and dignity of clients.

• Administer medications as instructed, keeping accurate records and maintaining compliance with care plans.

• Provide companionship and emotional support, fostering a positive and comforting environment for clients.

• Prepare and serve meals that adhere to specific dietary requirements and assist with feeding as needed.

• Perform light housekeeping duties, such as cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a tidy living space.

• Support clients with physical exercises and rehabilitative activities under guidance.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, care provided, and any noteworthy changes in condition.

• Collaborate effectively with family members, healthcare providers, and team members to deliver holistic care.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; formal training as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is required.

• A minimum of [X] months/years of experience in a Caregiver/CNA or related role is preferred.

• Valid certification or license as a Certified Nursing Assistant in compliance with state regulations.
