Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, to promote client hygiene and comfort.

• Monitor and support client mobility, ensuring safe transfers and assistance with walking or physical exercises as needed.

• Administer medications under supervision and accurately document the administration process as directed by care plans.

• Provide emotional support and companionship, helping clients maintain a positive outlook and quality of life.

• Prepare and serve meals, adhering to individual dietary requirements and assisting with feeding if necessary.

• Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

• Track vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate, and report any changes to the appropriate healthcare professional.

• Support clients with rehabilitation exercises or therapy as directed by medical professionals.

• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of care provided, client progress, and any significant observations or incidents.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is required.
