The Caregiver will play a vital role in supporting the physical, emotional, and social well-being of clients, ensuring their comfort and safety at all times. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized care to clients, including assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

• Assist clients with mobility and physical exercises, ensuring their safety and comfort during these activities.

• Prepare and serve nutritious meals and help with feeding, if necessary, while respecting dietary restrictions.

• Administer medication as instructed and monitor the client’s health, promptly reporting any changes in condition to relevant parties.

• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, engaging them in meaningful conversations and recreational activities to enhance their quality of life.

• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment, including laundry, dusting, and tidying up the living space.

• Provide transportation support for appointments, errands, or social engagements as required.

• Maintain accurate records of services provided, including care plans, progress reports, and any incidents that occur.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in a caregiver or related role is preferred.

• Strong understanding of caregiving techniques, safety protocols, and healthcare practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and their families.

• Physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks such as lifting or transferring clients.

• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for providing care to others.

• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire) is highly desirable.
